 She Crab Stew
She crab stew recipe
6oz of crab meat 2 containers of heavy wipping cream from piggly wiggly 2 cups hole milk 1 tbsp of sherry 2 tbsp of butter Old Bay Seasoning Garlic Flour Oyster crackers
Mix all of the ingredients together in a pot except the 2 cups of milk and the flour. Heat on low heat for about 20 minutes. Next in seperate container mix the 2 cups of milk and 4 tbsp's of flour together and wisk until all flour is disolved. Then pour the milk into the stew and heat until a slow boil. Then turn stove off and let stand for ten minutes. Will then thicken up. Serve with the oyser crackers and a cold glass of coke.

I can't help but to wonder how this would be with fish substituted for crab.
